Over my 7-year journey in the design industry, I've transitioned from graphic design, where I focused on print materials, to interaction design, with a concentration on physical interaction products, and now I'm fully immersed in digital product design. My design strength lies in crafting user-centric experiences that elevate the functionality of complex applications. I accomplish this by conducting thorough user research, rigorous testing, and employing Human-Centered Systems thinking to guarantee that solutions effectively meet user needs.
I am deeply passionate about immersing myself in user research to truly understand the day-to-day lives and tasks of our users. I seize every opportunity to learn from them, whether it's through lunch meetings, office visits, conferences, or casual lawn chats in the park on sunny Fridays. Building connections with users through meaningful and deep conversations and experiencing their daily routines drives my approach to design. Seeing users get excited while using our prototypes and achieving their goals, and being able to wrap up their workday at 2 pm to enjoy life beyond the screen until the next day is what makes my work truly fulfilling!
